Our Story
Why We Started
In 2014, getting a blood test in Pragathi Nagar usually meant a trip into Kukatpally or further, a long wait, and a paper report collected two days later. For an elderly parent or a working couple, that was a whole morning gone — and often a reason to simply put the test off.
We opened Kranthi Diagnostics to remove those small frictions. A proper lab, in the neighbourhood, priced so that a routine check never felt like an expense worth avoiding.

That thinking shaped the choices that still define us. We open at 7:30 AM so fasting tests fit before work, and stay open until 9:30 PM so nobody has to take leave to get tested — a window very few labs in this area offer. We send reports on WhatsApp because a PDF you can forward to your doctor is worth more than a printout in a drawer. And we send our phlebotomists to your home, because for a diabetic patient testing every three months, or a parent with a young child, the journey is the barrier.
Twelve years on, most of our patients come from someone else recommending us. In a neighbourhood practice, that is the only measure that really counts.

We are open every day, including Sundays, from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and again from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The evening window means you can get tested after work without rearranging your day.
Yes. Our trained phlebotomists collect samples at your home across Pragathi Nagar, Nizampet, Kukatpally, KPHB, Miyapur and Bachupally. Home collection is free on bookings of ₹1,000 or more; smaller bookings carry only a nominal visit charge, confirmed upfront when you book.
Most routine reports reach your WhatsApp within 4 to 6 hours of sample collection. Some specialised tests, such as cultures and certain hormone panels, take 24 to 48 hours. We tell you the expected timing when you book.
No prescription is needed for most routine tests. You are welcome to walk in or book on WhatsApp. We do recommend reviewing your results with a doctor, since interpretation matters as much as the numbers.
