Home sample collection is free on bookings of ₹1,000 or more, which covers every health checkup package and most multi-test bookings. For smaller bookings we add only a nominal visit charge to cover the phlebotomist's travel, and we confirm that amount on WhatsApp before your slot so there are never surprises. A quick tip: clubbing two or three tests together usually takes you past ₹1,000, and the collection becomes free.

Home collection runs through our working hours — 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, every day including Sundays. For fasting tests we can arrange an early-morning slot from 6:30 AM on request, so your sample is taken before you eat and before your day starts.

Almost all of them. Blood tests, urine tests and complete health checkup packages can all be collected at home. The exception is semen analysis, where the sample must reach our lab within 60 minutes — for that we recommend our private collection room at the lab instead.
Yes. Our phlebotomists use sterile, single-use needles and vacutainers, opened in front of you. Samples are labelled at the point of collection and transported in temperature-controlled carriers, so what reaches the lab is exactly what was drawn.
For fasting tests, an 8–10 hour overnight fast with water allowed. Otherwise just wear something with sleeves that roll up easily, and keep your prescription handy if you have one. We tell you exactly what your specific test needs when you book.
The same as a lab visit — most reports reach your WhatsApp within 4 to 6 hours of collection. Home collection does not delay anything; samples come straight back to our Pragathi Nagar lab.
