1. About these terms

These terms govern the diagnostic services provided by Kranthi Diagnostics ("we", "us", "our"), a diagnostic centre at Near 3 Monkeys Junction, Beside Axis Bank ATM, Pragathi Nagar, Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500090, India, and your use of kranthidiagnostics.in.

By booking a test with us — in person, by telephone, or over WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. Please read section 3 in particular, which explains the limits of what a diagnostic test can tell you.

2. Important medical disclaimer

• A test result is not a diagnosis. Results must be interpreted by a qualified doctor alongside your symptoms, history and examination. The same number can mean very different things in different people.
• A normal result does not rule out illness, and an abnormal one does not confirm it. Many values fall outside reference ranges for entirely benign reasons.
• Do not start, stop or change any medication based on a report from us without speaking to your doctor.
• Nothing on our website is medical advice. The explanatory content we publish is general information intended to help you understand what tests measure. It is not a substitute for consulting a doctor.
• In an emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or any acute deterioration — go to a hospital immediately. Do not wait for a test result.

3. Our services

We provide pathology and diagnostic testing, including blood tests, urine tests and semen analysis, together with health checkup packages. Kranthi Diagnostics is an ISO certified diagnostic centre, and reports are issued from NABL-accredited laboratories.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a test where:

• The sample is inadequate, contaminated, or unsuitable for analysis
• Preparation instructions were not followed and the result would be unreliable
• The test is outside our capability or requires a facility we do not have
• We have reason to believe the request is unlawful or the information given is false

Where we decline after collection, we will explain why and either recollect at no additional charge or refund the amount paid.

4. Booking and appointments

Bookings may be made by walking in during working hours, by telephone, or by WhatsApp on +91 99497 01414.

• Working hours are 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, every day including Sundays. Hours may change on public holidays or in unforeseen circumstances; we will inform you where possible.
• Walk-in patients are welcome for routine tests without an appointment.
• Home collection slots are subject to availability and to the phlebotomist's schedule. We confirm a time when you book, and will contact you if it needs to change.
• A prescription is not required for most routine tests. Certain specialised tests may require one, and we will tell you if so.

You are responsible for giving us accurate details — your name, age, sex, contact number and any relevant clinical information. Incorrect details can lead to a report being misinterpreted or delivered to the wrong person.

5. Your responsibilities before a test

Many tests only produce a reliable result if prepared for correctly. When you book, we tell you what is required. You agree to:

• Follow fasting instructions where given — typically 8 to 12 hours for fasting glucose, lipid profile and certain other tests
• Tell us about medication you are taking, including supplements, as some affect results directly
• Observe timing requirements — several hormone tests are only meaningful on particular days of the menstrual cycle or at particular times of day
• Follow collection instructions for samples you collect yourself, including the 60-minute delivery window for semen analysis
• Inform us of any condition that affects sample collection, such as a bleeding disorder or a needle phobia

If preparation instructions are not followed, the result may be inaccurate and a repeat test may be needed at additional cost.

6. Home sample collection

We offer home sample collection across Pragathi Nagar, Nizampet, Kukatpally, KPHB Colony, Miyapur and Bachupally.

• The applicable charge is always confirmed before your slot is booked. There are no charges added afterwards.
• Early-morning slots from 6:30 AM may be arranged on request for fasting tests, subject to availability. This is a courtesy, not a guaranteed service.
• Please ensure someone is present at the address at the agreed time. If our phlebotomist cannot access the address or nobody is available, we may need to reschedule, and a repeat visit charge may apply.
• Coverage outside the listed areas is at our discretion — please confirm with us before booking.
• Semen analysis cannot ordinarily be collected at home unless the sample can reach our laboratory within 60 minutes. We recommend using the private collection room at our laboratory.

7. Pricing and payment

• Prices shown on our website are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking.
• Discounts described as a percentage off MRP refer to indicative maximum retail prices for comparable tests and are offered at our discretion.
• Payment is due at the time of sample collection unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and credit and debit cards.
• Package prices apply to the tests listed in that package. Additional tests are charged separately.
• We issue a receipt for every payment. Please retain it for any subsequent query.

8. Reports and turnaround times

• Most routine reports are delivered within 4 to 6 hours of sample collection. Certain tests — including cultures, some hormone assays and specialised panels — take 24 to 48 hours or longer.
• Turnaround times are estimates in normal operating conditions, not guarantees. Delays can arise from equipment servicing, sample recollection, power interruption or circumstances beyond our control.
• Reports are ordinarily delivered as a PDF to the mobile number you provide, via WhatsApp. Printed copies are available at the laboratory on request.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact number you give us. We cannot be held responsible for a report delivered to a number you provided incorrectly.
• Where a result requires urgent clinical attention, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your doctor promptly.
• Historic reports can be reissued on request, subject to our retention period.

9. Cancellation, refunds and repeat testing

Before collection

You may cancel at any time before your sample is collected. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

After collection

Once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, the test cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refundable, since the cost has been incurred.

Where we are at fault

If a sample is lost, damaged or improperly handled by us, we will recollect and repeat the test at no charge. If you prefer not to proceed, we will refund the amount paid in full.

Where preparation was not followed

If a test must be repeated because preparation instructions were not followed, the repeat is chargeable.

Clinically indicated repeats

Some results warrant a confirmatory repeat as a matter of good practice — semen analysis and certain borderline values, for example. These are normal clinical practice and are chargeable unless we advise otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

We take responsibility for performing our services with reasonable skill and care, and for the accuracy of the analysis we carry out.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any decision taken on the basis of a report without consulting a qualified doctor
• Inaccurate results arising from preparation instructions not being followed, or from information you gave us being incomplete or incorrect
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• A report delivered to an incorrect number or address supplied by you
• The security of a report after it has been delivered to your device
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind

Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the test in question, or repeating that test at no charge, at our option.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Use of our website

• Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and about diagnostic testing. It is not medical advice.
• Test descriptions, reference ranges and explanatory content are provided in good faith and reviewed periodically, but medical guidance evolves and we do not warrant that all content is current at all times.
• You may not copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of this website without our written permission.
• All trademarks, logos, text and images on this site belong to Kranthi Diagnostics unless otherwise indicated.
• We may modify or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: we collect only what is needed to test you accurately, we never sell your data or use it for marketing, and your report goes to you — and to your doctor only if you ask us to send it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before commencing any formal proceedings, we ask that you raise the matter with us directly so that we have an opportunity to resolve it. Most issues are settled quickly by talking to us.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in force at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to that booking.
